We offer a 30-day return policy on most of our bicycle parts and accessories. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in China to Europe. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but generally, you can expect delivery within 7 to 14 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your order through our website or directly on the carrier’s site.
Yes, we currently ship to all countries within Europe. We do not offer shipping to other regions at the moment, but we are working on expanding our shipping options.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible—within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.

We offer a 12-month warranty on all of our bicycle parts and accessories. If you encounter any issues within this period, please reach out to us for a free replacement or refund. Note that warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
